What inspired you to get into music?
I always loved music and writing. As a kid I'd freestyle to beats with my older cousin, and I started writing poems in elementary & rap lyrics middle school. But in Highschool I joined 2 rap groups, released a mixtape called evoLve EP, on SoundCloud. Freshmen year college, in 2016, I submitted my music into a contest for a chance to perform at the house of blues in Houston. I won the Music Forward Foundation contest and performed 2 songs on that House of Blues stage. That House of Blues performance, being my first performance and doing well, made me want to be a music artist, performer, and fashion designer. Being able to wear my own clothes, rap dance sing are all my attributes as an artist.

What does your creative process consist of when creating music?
When making music I like to start off freestyling to old beats from friends or YouTuber producers. I'll recording any words, melodies or flows that sound good so I can remember the rhythm. I'll record it on my phone while the laptop plays the beat. I'll start writing lyrics to all the beats that inspired me to freestyle, even if it's 1 simple line. Because there will be a moment in life that'll bring me back to those lyrics. But if I believe I'm writing something great I'll finish writing the lyrics in the moment.
What are your plans for the future working with GxldBxz? I want to grow my brand name, Abstract. I want the opportunities to write and record new music, perform and dance at events & festivals, design & style clothes for myself & music artists, and create more opportunities to do good Bxz with GxldBxz as my A&R.
